Superb unsigned Russian cabinet photo by Levitsky showing the girls wearing white dresses and straw hats, Tatiana is leaning against her elder sister's back, 6¼" x 4", no place,

Taken at Peterhoff in 1898 on the instructions of Empress Alexander to send this image to her grandmother Queen Victoria of her growing family. It is rare to get an image of the two daughters by themselves. From the collection of Prince Theodore of Russia.
