Autograph Letter Signed to “The Equerry in waiting to Sub Lieutenant His Royal Highness the Prince George” in his capacity “As chairman of the Executive Committee of the Royal Naval Fund, I write on behalf of the committee of that Fund to ask if you will offer our very grateful & humble thanks to His Royal Highness the Prince George for having so generously decided to become an annual subscriber of £5 to the Royal Naval Fund (and thereby a Life Governor). The honour conferred on the Fund is greatly appreciated by the Committee and they trust His Royal Highness will realise what an assistance it is to the committee in their endeavour to administer the Fund, assist the many sad cases of almost destitution that come before them and augment the list of donations & annual subscribers that they now have the active support of his Royal Highness...”, 2 sides 8vo., Royall Naval Fund headed paper, Whitehall, London, 10th January
