Copy in another hand of his verses "written in Visitors book at Drumnadrocket Inn, Glen Urquhart", saying that commonly "In Highland Glens ... man is chased away and game preserved", but that in "lovelier" Glen Urquhart, "deer and grouse have not supplanted men / Nor thousands here a wretched life course run / To buy a splendid luxury for one / Midst stifling walls and sweltering alleys thrust", and ending "Here Mules & Shoddy have not stunted men", 12 lines, 1 side folio, no date, c.
