Domet de Vorges as Minister Plenipotentiary, mentioining the latter's "spirit of conciliation and his patriotism", asking him to place confidence in all he shall say on the writer's behalf, especially in conveying his good wishes and esteem, signed also by William Henry Waddington (1826-1894, French Foreign Minister and Prime Minister), 1 side folio, Paris, 15th December a few short closed tears in blank portions, light creasing in right margin, small defect in top left corner
