Remarkable page of photos from the Prince's trip to Barbodos, signed and dated above the largest image which shows the Prince in a group, he is seated in the front with the Governor Sir Charles O'Brien and his wife, behind is Lord Mountbatten, Admiral Sir L. Halsey and the other equerries and secretaries, all annotated underneath, 8" x 6", on the same side are two small photos - the Prince and the Governor leaving Holburn Fontabelle in a carriage and the Governor reading the Welcome address in the House of Assembly, each 3" x 2¼", on the other side are four annotated images, collectively titled "Waiting for the Prince to land", each 5½" x 3½", Barbados, March slightly soiled

Typed Letter Signed to Dear Gilbert (Gilbert Walter Riverside, b. 1915, 2nd Viscount Brenchley, Major-General), thanking him for his letter and his offer to represent him at Dick Mc Creery's funeral, he didn't know him well but he had a fine army career, he recalls him best from his steeplechasing days and recalls beating him in the 12th Lancers race by default, "His weight cloth was short of two pounds on weighing out!", he appreciates but declines the invitation to the Boxing Club dinner, 1 side 4to, Bois De Boulogne, October 27th slightly creased
