Fine menu for dinner at Windsor Castle - "Her Majesty's Dinner" listing the courses in French - starting with "Mulligatawny - Ala Royale" followed by the fish course of trout and Eperlan (a cousin of salmon) then the entrees which include Lamb, Veal and Beef served in various ways and finally Quail, there is also a side table with cold meats, 1 side 8vo with a coloured vignette of Windsor at the head with the Queen's monogram on either side and a blue and gold border around the whole thing, Windsor, 4th March rather foxed

Superb inscribed Tableau Vivant 'Flash Light' photo representing 'The New Year', by Hughes & Mullins, the image shows her daughter Princess BEATRICE (Mary Victoria Feodore, 1857-1944) surrounded by her daughter Princess VICTORIA EUGENIE ('ENA', 1887-1969, wife of Alfonso XIII of Spain) and her nieces MARGARET (1882-1920, Princess of Connaught, 'Daisy', Crown Princess of Sweden) & PATRICIA (Princess of Connaught, 1886-1974, 'Patsy', later Lady Patricia Ramsay), they are all dressed as angels with Ena standing above the group which is artistically posed among clouds. underneath the Queen has written "Lady Adela Cochrane, Daisy, Patsy, Ena, Auntie Beatrice, Miss de Horsey, New Year 1893",stamped 'carbon print' on the verso, 10" x 8", no place, (Osborne, Isle of Wight), January
