Attractive group of 11 photographs, unsigned,
including 8 portraits showing them as Crown Prince and Princess of Denmark, with their sons Christian (X of Denmark, 1870-1947), Harald (1876-1949), and Gustav (1887-1944), and daughters Ingeborg (1878-1958), Thyra (1880-1945) and Dagmar (1890-1961), (these 3½" x 2¼"), arranged round a photo of Charlottenlund, where most of the children were born, (6¼" x 8½"), on the other side are two photos of fine portrait sculptures from Thorvaldsen's Museum in Copenhagen, of Prince Potocky (or Pototski, 8¾" x 5¾") and Princess Bariatinsky (8¾" x 5¼"), both in Roman dress, all photos are named below, laid down on card 10½" x 13¾", the photo of Charlottenlund dated 14th September
five of the portrait photos are neatly trimmed in blank portions to make the arrangement, a defect at the foot of the card has removed a small portion of Prince Christian's jacket and his name below, other corners chipped without loss
