erected in honour of their arrival in Brighton, with six galleries on either side for spectators beneath "Welcome W A", and topped by further stands, the Royal Standard (with cheering boys on the pole), the Union Flag, the White Ensign and many more, animated crowds below, Brighton Pavilion can be glimpsed through the Arch, 9" x 9", published by E.
