restoring to the Mayor & Corporation of Dartmouth a Silver Oar of 1721, symbol of the office of Bailiff of the Water of Dartmouth, which the Duchy of Cornwall had claimed following the reorganization of local administration, with two other clippings about the Prince in Devon and one about Prince Olav of Norway, his young cousin, together in an envelope embossed 'York House Sandringham' on the flap, the ceremony Dartmouth, 29th March
