to Eleonore-Renata Petersen ('Lori', 1919-1997, daughter of Olga Elisabeth, 1886-1955, née Princess of Saxe-Altenburg, the Duke's second cousin, and Count Carl-Friedrich Pöckler-Burghauss, 1886-1945), showing him head and shoulders, three quarter face, in answer to an enquiry by Olga whether his 80th birthday present had arrived, saying he had indeed written in September, "you must have thought me very ungrateful - rightly so", ending with best wishes for her and her (second) husband Jurgen Petersen (1913-1987) from "Your old uncle", ('Dein alter Onkel'), Schloß Fröhliche Wiederkunft, near Neustadt, 23rd October
