ordering that the "Board of General Officers for the future shall consist of those mention'd in the List hereunto annex'd, or such of them as shall be present, who are every two months to elect ... seven General Officers to Constitute a Board ... to meet at the Great Room at the Horse Guards from time to time ... in order to have the Inspection of the Cloathing of Our Forces and to Consider and Report to us their Opinion upon all matters that shall be Refer'd to them either by Us, Our Captain General and Secretary at Warr ... as well as whatsoever may be refer'd to them as afors'd" and giving further details of the constitution of the board, together with the "List of General Officers" referred to in the document, countersigned by James CRAGGS the younger (1686-1721, Secretary at War), 2 sides folio, Hampton Court, 28th September
