2 estimates of the Timber needed for a Roof and 'Viranda' (sic), beginning "Rafters 4 x 2 - 14in apart", and specifying Corner Posts and 'Joices', the Verandah requires Joices, Wall Plates and certain Beams, also Ceiling Joices, with measurements, added in pencil are notes which appear in a second copy, giving fuller measurements of the actual lengths with a small sketch of the make-up of the 25-foot long verandah posts, addressed on versos to Major King, Hythe, 2 separate sides small 4to, no place, no date, circa defects in blank portions on opening seal and in one corner, second items lacks conjugate leaf (apparently completion of address)
