Lower half of an Order from the Committee of Public Revenue Warrant Document signed addressed to "Loving friend Thos Fauconbridge Esq - Receiver generall of the Publique Revenue",
authorising a payment, with the name Mr Scobell in the bottom left hand corner so presumably he was the payee, and on the verso he has signed "Hen. Scobell", half of 1 side folio, with receipt signed by Hall on the verso, Westminster, together with an engraving of Vane, 21st October
Scobell's signature is slightly trimmed
