of her portrait by Henry Edward Dawe, (1790-1848), showing her in the royal closet at St. George's Chapel, Windsor, half length, full face, wearing a large round straw bonnet dressed with lace and feathers and tied by a full ribbon, her face framed with a chaplet of twelve roses, her crossed arms rest on the elaborately carved ledge, a prayer book in her left hand, manuscript note on present card mount 'Her Majesty in 1839', the photograph 2¾" x 1¾" oval in margins 3½" x 2¼", c.
