saying that as "the Prisoners of War have entirely left the Depot at Perth", the corresponding part of the garrison may be removed, "it consists of the Antrim & Lanark Regts. of Militia", the "few Men ... wanted to take Charge of the Barracks and the Stores may be furnished by ... the Regts. of the Line now stationed in the Perth District", he will be "at Edinr. on Wednesday next [20th]", and has directed "the withdrawing of two out of the four Comps. from the Orkney and the Reduction of the two withdrawn", 3 sides 4to., Upper Brook Street, 16th July
