Warren for Accountant, London District, who writes in the left hand column, sending "17 Life Certificates" of Reservists "for noting addresses", and quoting his earlier memo that such are to be returned "within 48 hours", the Prince writes "Returned herewith" but points out that a Sunday has intervened, 1 side 8½" x 6¾", Horse Guards, 8th March
