Keane of 28 King William St., addressed to Antonio de Mello, Marquis of Ficalho, the Lord High Steward, for Messrs Carter, purveyors to Queen Victoria, "to place the Royal Arms of Portugal on the front of their Establishment" as "purveyors to My Household", on payment of 19,500 reis stamp duty and 1840 reis for registration, 3 sides vellum 14¾" x 10" and 3 sides translation, Lisbon, 31st March - 16th July
