the envelope shows the Italian and Norwegian flags and is captioned "Raid Artico Lualdi nel 25th Anniversario del Sacrificio di Roald Amundsen e dei Naufraghi del Dirigible 'Italia' 1953", it has two Italian stamps cancelled in Milan on the 4th March and Tromso on the 2nd May, it has the expedition stamp of a plane flying over an Arctic scene and Milan Cathedral, 6¾" x 5",
