I hope to be home at luncheon at 1.30 & shall be delighted to see you ... I hope Mrs Selwyn will be with you" and asking "please remember me very kindly to your host & hostess", 2 sides 8vo., Vicarage, Bodmin, 10th September written on inexpensive paper, small defect in one blank corner
