I ought to have done so, but inadvertently did not, though in reality I think none of us felt that any of our remarks needed reply from you. I write now, first to thank you for your letter and to congratulate you on the successful conclusion of your splendid work. i hope you will still find time for more and more of scientific work, though I quite understand how difficult it must be for you to find time and energy to spare from your arduous university duty. Have you anything farther in hand or in view at present.
