I hear it was beautiful" (31st January 1924), "it is so kind of you to give a concert for the Infant Welfare Centre ... a lovely programme" (no date), thanking her for the cheque for £24-0-4 for the Centre (no date), "I am so very sorry you have to resign, but ... grateful for all your ... help for the Choral Competitions & for taking & training the Choirs ... I shall be so glad to see you again at the Competitions showing you have not forgotten us!"
