saying "the times mentioned in Your Lordship's letter of yesterday for the manoeuvres of the Regiments of the City of London will perfectly suit me. As on one of those days however (the 3rd of November) there are two or three other Corps of the W[est] End of the Town to be exercised in Hyde Park", Harrington suggests that "the two City Regiments should either join them, or that they should fix another day when I can see them alone", adding that "This proposal of mixing the Corps from the different parts of the Town is of course merely an expedient for the day", 2 sides 4to, Stable Yard, 29th October
