I should think a paper on phosphorus, phosphorescent exhalations, Will o' the Wisp ... by Robert Bellamy Clifton Esq would have won a gold medal and thanks of the College, with a request ... that it might be published", the writer has "at last made a start" for himself as a tutor, "I shall be obliged ... if you will make it known", and hopes to come to town for "a chat over old times", 4 sides 8vo., 8 Brunswick Road, Western Road, Brighton, 5th July
