between Richard TREVOR, (1707-1771, from 1752 Bishop of Durham), with his signature 'R. Duresme', and Thomas Leighton, Clerk (Clergyman), for one half of a dwelling and its appurtenances in Little Thorpe, Easington parish, the lease specifically reserves to the Bishop all woodland and mining rights, with wayleave for his wagons to exploit them, the Bishop making good at a reasonable rate any resulting damage to the property or land, 20½" x 24¼", folding to 6" x 8¼", no place, 4th March
