(1809-1878, first Bishop of New Zealand, 1841, from 1867 Bishop of Lichfield), begging "to say it is not in his power to give the permission for reprinting No. 37 from Hymns A[ncient] & M[odern]", a tune which "belongs to the proprietors ... from whom permission will doubtless be granted", but he is "honoured by the request, and two other tunes "of which he has the copyright" for "Sun of my soul" and "Saviour blessed Saviour" ... are at the service of the Synod" in New Zealand, embossed crest and motto at head, 3 sides 8vo., 35 Montpellier Villas, Cheltenham, 21st October
