Heseltine of Sotheby's confirming that he has "no reason to doubt the contents of this note as the style of each of the drawings is in keeping with Rackham's early work as an illustrator. Fine pen & ink sketch of Mr Punch with a telescope looking across to the great British Empire Exhibition at Wembley, the famous towers at one end, on two facing pages from an album, signed also by E.
