Autograph Letter Signed to David Robertson, of Messrs Spottiswoode and Robertson, returning the amended draft of his will (not present) with instructions on the jewels and a discretionary power to his trustees or executors to sell or to let his house in Green Street, London, for the sole benefit of his eldest son Viscount Dupplin, together with an autograph note asking Mr Robertson to inform him "of a good and undoubted Mortgage either in England or Scotland upon which trustees on Lord Kinnoull's behalf can safely and securely lend £18,000", in all 2 sides 4to., and 1 side oblong 8vo., black-edged, Green Street, 5th April first two sides remargined and mounted, remaining side is separate and lacks blank lower half
