Note signed 'Thurlow', on vellum, saying that "whereas the usual Notice hath been given in the London Gazette" of the 12th October 1784 "and None of the Creditors of the above named Thomas Lempriere having shewn any Cause to the Contrary I do Allow and Confirm this Certificate", cut from a larger document, 4" x 7", no place, 6th November somewhat darkened in part
