Arthur Bourchier, 1863-1927, helped found the Oxford University Dramatic Society and was famous as 'Long John Silver'. Charles Edward, 1884-1954, Duke of Albany, succeeded his Uncle, Queen Victoria's son Alfred, as Duke of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha in 1900. On 11th October 1905 he married at Glücksburg Victoria Adelheid, daughter of Friedrich Ferdinand, Duke of Schleswig-Holstein.
