Autograph Letter Signed 'Garter' to Sydney George,
(1855-1931, financier and businessman, 2nd Viscount Knutsford), saying "... I have never written anything for the London Hospital - but I have often asserted that I wrote 'The War Prayer' for Lord Knutsford's Hospital for nerve breakdowns and gossip has misapplied the statement - The London Hospital", of which Lord Knutsford was chairman, "and you are one - Even Ludo Foster wrote the other day and asked me to send him a copy of the songs ... I cant stop it", 2 sides 8vo., Ratton, Willingdon, Sussex, 13th August
neat identification of writer on conjugate third side
