Autograph Letter in the third person to Miss Northcote, informing her that "a subscription is being set on foot by Mr. Roche's old pupils ... on his retiring fron the directorship of the Cours after more than forty years work ... to shew their grateful recollection of his pleasant teaching. The subscription is called a guinea one", but every one may give "as much as they like", 4 sides 8vo., 56 Cadogan Place, Belgrave Square, no date, c. light remains of wax attachment in blank part of fourth side
