An Account of the Ceremony in Westminster Hall on Thursday May 9th 1935 on the occasion of the Presentation of Addresses by both Houses of Parliament of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to His Majesty King George V Congratulating Him on the Celebration of the Silver Jubilee of His Most Illustrious Reign, frontis. showing the Royal Party on the dais at the western end of William Rufus's Great Hall, showing the famous oak roof of Hugh Herland, Master Carpenter to Richard II, one other plate showing the Royal Party with Gloucester, Wales, the King, the Queen, York and Kent, flanked by the Lord Chancellor, & the Speaker, 4to. original blue crushed morocco with the portcullis, impaled rose, thistle and shamrock in gilt on the upper cover, cloth wrapper and slip case, together with a letter from Sir William Brass, the instigator of this memorial, presenting it to "My Dear Gluckstein", February 11th, 1936

This contains both the address and the reply. This rare and limited edition shows with what respect the King was held in the last year of his reign. He died on the 20th of January 1936.
