Scott, commanding the 103rd Regiment, ... states that he cannot find any Place fit to exercise his Regiment", and supporting Scott's application to hire "Ground for that purpose", near their quarters at Warwick, especially as the 103rd is "a newly raised Corps", 1 side folio, Charles Street, 12th April remains of mounting on the verso
