Very rare unsigned postcard photo by Kunstanstalt Lautz & Balzar, Darmstadt, showing her full length in an overcoat and large hat, with space next to the image for writing, 5½" x 3½" no place, (Darmstadt), no date, c.

Elisabeth died tragically young on a visit to the Tsar's hunting Lodge at Spala. The rumour at the time was that she was poisoned.
