Charming portrait of Daisy, dated in ink by her sister showing her surrounded by her five children, 12" x 9", no place, 1st May

Daisy had been incredibly successful during the first World War as an intermediary while her cousins went to war with each other. She passed letters backwards and forwards between them. Daisy died suddenly in 1920, while expecting her sixth child.
