Signature on the verso of a part printed treasury order concerning duties on "Malt, Mum Cyder and Perry...", ordering payment of "Sarah Dutchess Dowager of Marlborough, the Right Honourable Francis Earl of Godolphin and the Right Honourable William Lond Dundon ...", all three of whom have signed on the back, 8" x 4.5", no place, the bottom part of the document is browned and frayed slightly affecting the other two signatures
