[GEORGE V (1865-1936, King of Great Britain) & his Queen MARY (of Teck, 1867-1953)]

Exceptionally rare chair that was designed and made for use at the Coronation, in the Chippendale style, under the seat the wood is stamped "GR V (Crown) Coronation", Westminster Abbey, 22nd June the original fabric covering the seat has been replaced with fabric that was used at the coronation of Elizabeth II, it is blue with gold thread decoration
