Very rare pair of unsigned cabinet photo's by W. Höffert, showing the Crown Prince and Princess of Greece, he is wearing uniform and a sash, the Princess wearing a black dress, each 6¼" x 4¼", no place, no date, trimmed at top, slight spotting, annotated on verso

King Constantine abdicated twice, firstly in June 1917 for himself and his eldest son George but he was restored to the throne by plebiscite after the death of his second son Alexander I in December 1920. He abdicated again in favour of his eldest son in 1922.
