CAROL II (1893-1953, King of Romania 1930-1940)

Taken at the time when they had hoped that he would become engaged to Grand Duchess Olga, Tsar Nicholas II's eldest daughter, which would have been a most advantageous marriage. However, she refused and so was still with her family when they were murdered in 1918.
