Autograph Letter Signed from Mrs Wigan to Mrs Marshall, saying she is surprised not to have heard from John Mason, "If he still finds difficulty and obstacles he must let me know ... we must get the first plunge over this coming season ..." and that the weather is awful, "If your little tyrant will not let you write ask your big one to let me have a long gossip from him ...", 3 sides 8vo, with an Autograph Letter Signed from Alfred Wigan at the end to Marshall saying how anxious he is to hear news, 1 side 8vo, Cannes, France, no date. with another Autograph Letter Signed from Wigan to Marshall saying if he "had not the greatest confidence in your laziness we should be uneasy at receiving no answer to our joint letter ...", and that they were still having awful weather, 2½ sides, 8vo, Cannes, 7th March 1872, together with a printed programme for a "Miscellaneous Reading from the Works of Shakespeare" that they had given for the Cercle Nautique, 2 sides 4to, 4th March, c.
