WILHELM II (1859-1941, Emperor of Germany, 'Kaiser Bill')

Early Document signed in German awarding the Order of the Red Eagle 3rd Class to Gustav Adolf Caroc, 1 side folio, no place, 30th July traces of mounting on the verso

Wilhelm became Emperor in June 1888. He supported Austria-Hungary in July 1914, which very shortly led to the start of WWI.
