Fine Autograph Letter Signed to Mrs Suckling (Florence Horatia Nelson, 1848-1923, Writer, wife, 1876, of Thomas Suckling, 1844-1922, of Highwood Lodge near Romsey) telling her "how immensely your address was appreciated for I had a capital account from one who was present & others were there - all were deeply interested & several were sorely disappointed they could not go to the Meeting in St John's rooms. The Dean was away in London ... of course I coundn't go to anything but I felt that some friends who wanted to be at your gathering could not be there & many of the ladies at Wolvesey wished to be with you... your address & beautiful Limelight pictures in Lantern slide were Greatly enjoyed - & admired. I do trust you are not overtired?
