Visto il R° decreto-legge 19 settembre 1935, n° 1836 convertito nella legge 9 gennaio 1936, n° 147;
Visto il R° decreto 22 novembre 1937, n° 2629 che approva la tabella dei gradi militari da conferire al personale delle navi mercantile iscritte nel naviglio ausiliario dello Stato;
Vista la legge 13 luglio 1939 n° 1154;
Visto il R° decreto 2.12.1940 (registrato alla Corte dei Conti il 18.12.1940 registro n° 17 – Marina foglio n° 125) relativo all'iscrizione della M/n "Ebe" nel naviglio ausiliario dello Stato;
Sulla proposta del Duce del Fascismo, Capo del Governo, Ministro della Marina;
Vista la delega 8 dicembre 1940 rilasciata dal Duce del Fascismo, Capo del Governo, Ministro della Marina al Sottosecretario di Stato per la Marina;
Abbiamo decretato e decretiamo:
Al Capitano di lungo corso Santelli Mario, in applicazione del R° decreto-legge 19 settembre 1935, n° 1836 e R° decreto 22 novembre 1937, n° 2629, è confirmato il grado militare temporaneo di Guardiamarina quale commandante della nave ausiliaria "Ebe" dal 29 ottobre 1940 data con la quale sbarca dalla nave ausiliaria "Equa".
Il Nostro Ministro della Marina è incaricato dell'esecuzione del presente decrreto che sarà registrato alla Corte dei Conti.

Considered the Royal decree December, 2nd of 1940 (registered at the Court of Audit on December, 18th of 1940 register n° 17 - Marina sheet n° 125) relating to the registration of the Ship "Ebe" in the auxiliary state vessel;
On the proposal of the Duce del Fascismo, Head of Government, Minister of the Navy;
Considered the delegation of December, 8th of 1940 issued by the Duce del Fascismo, Head of Government, Minister of the Navy to the Undersecretary of State for the Navy;
We have decreed and we decree:
