Veduta la domanda per conseguire la cittadinanza italiana presentata dalla Signorina Simeona Anastasia Jantov, nata a Bagno (Zaravecchia) il 1° febbraio 1910 da Natale e da Maria Siseta, suddita jugoslavia, residente a Zara;
Veduti gli articoli 17 della legge 13 giugno 1912, N 555 e 10 del Codice Civile;
Sulla proposta del Capo del Governo, Primo Ministro Segretario di Stato e Ministero Segretario di Stato per gli Affari dell'Interno;
Abbiamo decretato e decretiamo:
Alla suindicata Signorina Simeona Anastasia Jantov è concessa la cittadinanza italiana, sotto la osservanza delle condizioni e formalità stabilite dallo articolo 5 della legge predetta e dall'articolo 3 del relativo regolamento approvato con Regio Decreto 2 Agosto 1912 N 949.
Questa concessione è esente dal pagamento della tassa di concessione governativa, giusta l'annotazione apposta al N 1 della tabella "A" annessa al Regio Decreto 30 dicembre 1923, N 3279.
Finchè la concessionaria non avrà ottenuto lo svincolo della cittadinanza jugoslava, la presente concessione non le conferira il diritto d'invocare la protezione delle R R. Autorita di fronte a quelle del suo paese d'origine.
Il Nostro Ministro proponente è incaricato dell'esecuzione del presente decreto che sarà sottoposto alla Corte dei Conti per la registrazione.

Considered the application for Italian citizenship presented by Miss Simeona Anastasia Jantov, born in Bagno (Zaravecchia) on February, 1st of 1910 from Natale and Maria Siseta, a Yugoslav subject, residing in Zara;
Considered the articles 17 of the law of June, 13th of 1912, N 555 and 10 of the Civil Code;
On the proposal of the Head of Government, Prime Minister Secretary of State and Ministry Secretary of State for Interior Affairs;
We have decreed and we decree:
The aforementioned Miss Simeona Anastasia Jantov is granted Italian citizenship, under the observance of the conditions and formalities established by Article 5 of the aforementioned law and Article 3 of the relevant regulation approved by Royal Decree August, 2nd of 1912 N 949.
This concession is exempt from the payment of the government concession tax, according to the annotation affixed to N 1 of table "A" annexed to the Royal Decree of December, 30th of 1923, N 3279. Until the concessionaire has obtained the release of Yugoslav citizenship, the present concession does not give you the right to invoke the protection of the R R. Authorities with regard to those of your country of origin.
