I wrote three or four pages to start, and went through the book again with a view to my task, when a third volume arrived with the announcement that there was a fourth impending thereupon, I desisted, and desist ...", with an autograph postscript in the hand of the recipient, "Wrote Feb. 3, asking him still to send article. 4th volume will appear March but is, it seems not worth waiting for", 1 side 8vo., Durdans, Epsom headed paper, 8th January
