Radcliffe's Estate Escheated to the Crown', saying that "about July 1739 His Grace and Mr Brudenell" asked the Lords of the Treasury to intercede with George II for the grant of the estate, and reporting the progress of the resulting Commission under the Great Seal, "the Jury has found the Lands mentioned ... escheated ... and of the yearly Value of £262:12:- Clear of Reserved or Quit Rent of £16:9 a year", the Commissioners will give their verdict on 15th November, 3 sides 4to., title on fourth side, no place, November

With an "Abstract of the Statute of the 1st of Queen Anne" governing leases for lives and reserved rents at the end.
