Autograph Letter Signed to George Ransom, at the Museum, Ipswich, about the forthcoming prints of Mr Henslow and Mr Selby (probably the naturalists, see DNB), thanking him for the gift of the latter, "I paid my subscription at Mr Rowney, where however they seemed to know very little about the matter", and suggesting Ransom send them "a further line", 2 sides 8vo., War Office, 18th April left margin trimmed without loss

Sulivan was born in Calcutta, where his father was Warren Hastings' secretary.
