Exceptional set of Signatures on fragment of an Order of the Exchequer, 1 side 3¼" x 12", no date. but between 15th August 1673 and 27th June

At the left is part of a note in a clerk's hand, "[There is noe alter]ac[i]on of the demandes [of this quarters Bill] from the Bills of former [quarters]". All the signers were members of the Privy Council. Written during the short period when Osborne was known as Viscount Latimer and before his impeachment.
