Autograph notes beginning "For the first 300 yrs before the Nicene Council scant regard was had by the Roman Church ... Christ is ever with the sounder part of the Church militant", distinguishing the latter from "a Hierarchical Visible Church", and referring to "White's Controversy with the Jesuit Fisher", these notes identified on verso [in the hand of Florence H. Suckling (née Suckling, 1848-1923, Writer, wife of Captain Thomas Suckling of Highwood Lodge, Romsey, 1844-1922)] as being from an unpublished work by Roberts, 1 side 8vo., no date, c.

Besides writing law books, Roberts edited the 'British Review' and wrote the life of Hannah More, 1834.
