Miguel Primo de Rivera, (1870-1930, Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Spain 1923-1930), giving the latter's full titles, and authorizing him to ratify the convention with Peru on artistic and literary property signed in Lima on 26th February1924, signed also by the Minister of Justice and Worship, D. Galo Conte Escartin, wafer seal of the Royal Arms edged with four fleur-de-lys, 2 sides folio and conjugate blank, Royal Palace, 5th December a few tiny worm holes touching one letter
